Italy, stop making me cry. Soldi helped me in an awful time of my life and resonates in me for personal reasons. This one makes me cry with its raw emotion. Thank you Italy ❤️
Totally agree! Bulgaria and Italy are on the top of my list. I've found Switzerland's song boring in the beginning. But the vocals are great, and it's been a grower for me. Now I like it, and I understand why it also has potential to win.
Tears came to my eyes the first time I heard Diodato sing “Fai Rumore.” Tears came to my eyes again today thinking of people singing it from their balconies.
I love Italy in Eurovision so much, they're serving quality every year and this is not an exception too. Don't say that this song is dated, singing a ballad song about love is actual in every decade. What I mostly appreciate is that he's singing from the bottom of his heart and even if you don't understand Italian language you can really feel what the song is about.
I'm colombian living in Barcelona this year. I'm quarantined and alone both at home and in this country. It's only day 3 or 4 and this song is already making me cry. Fai Rumore has a much bigger chance of winning this year because it will probably represent the feelings of much of Europe or even the world by the time it takes place.
Same here, I'm a Dutch guy living in Barcelona and had exactly the same!!!! I had my birthday in quarentine yesterday, the loneliest ever. The amazing applause every evening at 20.00 from our balconies with that song is awesome.
Hugs from Italy to both of you ❤️ Stay strong guys, and remember that you are never ever alone, even if isolated. Open your windows (and hearts) and sing, play music, talk to your neighbors... Fai rumore ❤️🇮🇹
Sand I’m sorry about your friend 💔 I can’t get back to visit my family in the U.K. so I have to stay in Thailand 🇹🇭 My heart is literally breaking about Europe in general because I’m proud to be European. Stay safe all in Europe 💖
I don't know how or why but I feel that this song fits the situation Italy is going through these days. Make noise, be strong, support each other in order to overcome the difficulties you're facing today. Sending so much love to the beautiful country Italy🇮🇹❤️
After 41 songs, I still believe it's the best chorus of the entire year and one of the best songs, it makes me cry every single time. This song is soulful and beautiful. It's art. ♥️
❤ ITALYYYY PLEAS STAY STRONGGGG GUYS ITALY IS A WONDERFUL COUNDRY THE PEOPLE ARE SOOO SWEET SO CUTEEE SO WARM SO STRONG PLEAS STAY STRONG AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELFS WE LOVE YOUUUUU SO MUCH I HAVE SO MUCH RESPECT FOR ITALYYYY STAY SAFE STAY HOME WE ARE ALL BIG FAMILY TOGETHER LOVE AND SUPPORT FROM THE NETHERLANDS ❤
Many say these are boring. A song doesn't need to be fast and energetic. Slow ballads always rank high. It obviously means people don't get bored. It's ART
This song just takes a whole new meaning adding the current situation in Italy. I've seen videos of people going out to their balconies and singing for, and with each other. Isolation is not settling well with them at all. It's not their culture. I heard that song before the national lockdown and I was like "it's good, very good." Today it made me cry. If this doesn't win, then I don't know.
I totally agree with you, its definitely the best ballad this year at Eurovision, Bulgaria a close 2nd. The situation at the moment in Italy makes it even more emotional, the Italians deserve a win in Eurovision after 30 years.
My favourite since San Remo 2020, I was rooting for Elodie, but sorry, this won my heart over one week later. It’s still my number one for ESC 2020 after all entries from each country were realised. So, forza Italia e un bell’abraccio dal Portogallo ❤️
Thank you guys for your amazing reaction ❤️🇮🇹 Italy is struggling so much right now and this song portrays exactly how the nation feels. We want to make noise. We want to get outside this unnatural silence. Thank you guys 😘 really
I have loved every single italian entry since Marco Mengoni in 2013. That was when i fell in love and started noticing italian music more. There's something magical about italian language. I hope they keep making these masterpieces.
Could not agree more with you guys! Italy is my absolute number 1 this year. I hope it will win. It's emotional, the guy has got an amazing voice, this song is beautiful and powerfull. From all the released songs this is the only song I liked straight away after hearing it just once.
This song is so beautiful. The instrumental bridge is magical, I love the ending, and his voice is amazing from beginning to end. It makes me feel so emotional. It did when I first listened to it, and now even more, given what we are going through in Italy at the moment.
We can hardly stand the innatural eerie silence of our streets, that's the reason why we sang this song from our balconies. Please keep safe everywhere in the world. We do not want to share this grim emotion with anybody else.
When I listen to this song I always remember my first love. We are studying at the same university but he does not talk to me for 2 years, he blocked me . That I had with him was miracle and I want to hear this noise from him. Because his voice was always so annoying but I loved him. We liked to listen italian songs. I wish you all so much love ❤❤❤
This has been my #1 song since San Remo and it still is today. William you got it right when you said that Fai Rumore is now more important than ESC; it's become the song people in Italy that represents this time in their life. There's something about Italian music whether opera or pop the combo of their language with melodies can uniquely reach inside you and rip your emotional heart to pieces like no other country.
Thank you so much from Italy! 🇮🇹 This song and the lyrics truly represent the situation my country is going through right now (wanting to make noise, but there is this unnatural silence that separates us), and his win would simply be amazing for my country!
THANK YOU, William and Deban! FINALLY a reaction video that does this song justice. From the first time I heard this song, it was my favorite to win Eurovision. Even though I don't understand a word of it, it touched me so deeply. The only staging this song needs is a female dancer to the side of the stage similar to the video. Every year there is one song that I could listen to over and over and never get tired of it (a song in general, not necessarily a Eurovision entry). This is that song for this year. I don't care that it is in Italian and I don't understand a word of it, or that practically no one else in the United States has ever heard it. Thank you Diadato for your beautiful song, and Eurovision for introducing me to such an incredible piece of art.
Thanks guys for the passionate review and for serving us heart and true feelings. Thanks for entertaining us and for giving hope. Music wins always. I am a proud Italian / European citizen. I have faith in these desolate times 🤞🏻
The song on its own is absolutely beautiful, and given the context and with everything that's going on, it's become much more than a song, it's become an anthem.
This song has been my favorite ever since I heard it the first time. And I think that considering all that is happening in Italy and the world... If there is a time for Italy to win... It is this year.
I might be biased because I'm Italian and he was in my top 3 Sanremo songs this year, but this song gives me the chills everytime I hear it (same thing that happens to me with Amar pelos dois and Arcade). I really hope people understand him this year and he finally gets the recognition he deserves
I truly love a song which melody is totally connected to the lyrics. Even if you don't understand italian, the melody tells you the story. It a pretty well structured song in all aspects. That's when you know that a song is really well done. This song is pure excellence, no matter if it wins or not.
Thanks guys for the relief you give us in these dark days of seclusion...Hope you'll have better days than ours in Italy...And thanks for the good vibes you transmitted with the song's reaction... Stay well and safe...
Loved this reaction video!! On top of what have been said about this song let’s just remember Diodato - Given by God - a talent, emotional and really a reason to believe!! Thanks guys
His voice is everything, the Italian language is everything, this ballad is everything, love it. It touches me, much more than Solid did. That was cool, this is all feels. I know which one I prefer
I'm from Italy, the situation of the hospitals is near to callapse. Also in my city people play this song on the balconies and it give us HOPE. If Eurovision will be held, I hope my country finally win. I think Diodato will be 1st for the Juries, I'm worried about the televotes
Stroncarla selvaggiamente andava bene e sostenerla no?
Fai Rumore was my favourite from the first time I heard it. I think only 6 songs had been released then. Now when all the songs are out, Fai Rumore is still my fave. Nothing ever toppled it. I even watched all of the Sanremo episodes just to see what competition it had, even though I don't speak any Italian. Diodato performed the song live several times at Sanremo. His live vocals are very solid. This is definitely a potential winner.
The Eurovision Song Contest has been cancelled, let's hope that Italy, Europe and the whole world will start to make noise soon and again. With love from Italy 😥😥🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹❤❤❤🇮🇹🇮🇹❤❤❤❤ #fairumoreworld
It would be so nice to have Diodato performing at ESC 2021 this song with all the footage of the quarantine and people in Italy singing it from the balcony. Should be a great moment of music bringing people together even in hard times.
Thank u for your words...we need to be strong and united to get trough this tough time. Here in Italy the situation is very bad, hope everything will be over soon. Everybody stay safe and take this virus seriously, it ain't a normal flu..Love u all, grazie mille!
This is a song is about the loss of someone you love and the noise that the silence of this loss makes in your heart. In this period there are a lot of losses caused by Coronavirus in Europe and this song is just perfect to describe what people are feeling.
LA CANZONE DI DIODATO È MERAVIGLIOSA HA UNA VOCE CHE OGNI VOLTA LA SENTO MI EMOZIONA HO I BRIVIDI UN SALUTO DALL'ITALIA FORZA ITALIA CE LA POSSIAMO FARE❤❤❤🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
Guys I’m really appreciating all your support and all your love. We Italians need this because it’s a very hard moment, old people said that they don’t remember worst period than this after the war. We are missing all the beauty that we have and we can’t wait to show this beauty to rest of the world AGAIN. We will be back and we are going to MAKE NOISE AGAIN very soon. I don’t know if Diodato will win the contest but I know that his message will be felt stronger than now, and this is gonna a be a real conquest.
This song never fails to make me cry and I don't speak much Italian at all. You really don't need to understand the lyrics to understand the meaning of the song, it is so self explanatory. I'm not normally a fan of ballads but when I heard it in Sanremo I just instantly was a fan. The live version was even better, the raw emotion was just incredible. When put in the context of the emergency happening right now in Italy and also elsewhere in Europe unfortunately as we will soon start finding out, it is even more powerful. Italians, you've been in my thoughts and I cannot wait to visit and help you recover once it is safe again. We here elsewhere in Europe will soon go through the reality you have been living lately and no one is looking forward to it. Andrà tutto bene
