Hi guysss.... Ale here!! Siena for me is one of 3 most beautiful towns in Italy. It seems unfair to me to support you without offering you a pizza so today I'm offering it to you.
Oh fun travel day with Micha & Matteo! That platform elevator was a bit of a scary adventure!😂 The Siena apartment is soo cute! …and that view is to die for!! Can’t wait for all the Siena content coming up! ❤
We have been watching your videos for years and also have a RU-vid channel mainly to show our friends and family our travels. We spent many months in Italy. I love watching your videos and either using them to help us learn and plan other trips or to see our favourite places and revisit them in watching your videos. This episode was special because as it started I said wouldn’t it be funny if they stayed at the same air B&B as us in Siena and well you did!!! It was so wonderful and although I haven’t posted our Tuscany videos yet it’s fun to know we were in Tuscany at many of the spots your going around the same time. My husband is Italian and he regained his citizenship through our time spent there in 2021-2022. Italy is so special for us and so thank you for continuing to give us Italy content 😀
you take me back to the many times I travelled around Italy - sometimes solo. The stress of getting around when you don't speak the language. Now I can watch you deal with it from the comfort of my Stratford condo. That tiny elevator is a hoot. Fun. And also those holidays when everyone disappears. Wild.
Love this slow traveling. I feel like I’m there with you guys waiting on the platform. Reminds me of my backpacking trip through Europe with my friends. 😊 Very cute apartment! Looking forward to seeing Siena with you ❤
That's exactly why I don't take elevators in Europe! My husband goes in with the bags and I find the stairs. I would have had a heart attack in the elevator! I've been to that station and didn't take it! Thank god!
Great video as always guys! But, I don't understand, why are you BUYING water when the water from the fountains is crystal clear and free? I do remember that train station at Poggibonsi, I arrived there to go to San Gimignano and I missed the bus by 5 minutes. Had to wait 2 hours for the next one. Siena train station elevator, it literally says to press and hold the button! Your apartment looks amazing! I can't wait to get back to Italy, hopefully next year.
The first lift, is not a lift, it is a "piattaforma elevatrice" (I don't know... like "lifting platforms"?). It complies with the "machinery directive", it must operate only with "uomo presente" has "hold-to-run". It's a dead-man switch, for your safety, being without walls.
@stevengilleyOU812 48 seconds ago Glad you made it safe! Of course, this is March 16th and that was 1 November, so duh! But your episodes are like a box of chocolates. We never know what we are going to get. Except for reality. That is what makes your vlog better than a Rick Steves or Rudy Maxa travel show, it never properly prepares us for reality. Your vlog is so valuable to us all when considering that! You guys rock. Look forward to the tour of Sienna!!!
We are American retirees living in southern Italy. We plan to visit Siena in May. Would you kindly provide use with the URL for this air b and b? Thanks in advance for your help. Grazie Davvero!
