I was in Siena this week and wandering about.. I recognised the doorway with the flowers.. and yes, it was this place. Yay! I had a panini.. probably similar to the one you had. So good!! Parmesan fully exploding from the creamy suppressa, I went back to get one for dinner. Gino said most of them should be eaten warm but he made one he said was good to eat cold with sausage, some kind of mayo/spices/mushrooms.. and yes it was wonderful too! thanks for the vid!
