Yes but that best practice, we should use the SCOM, Intune , Jmaf Service Graph connector to populate End user Devices in ServiceNow

You should have basic understanding of infrastructure, how infrastructure connects and work, apart from that you can join epic journey where I am going to help with Cmdb and discovery with demo
