You know w slightly loose skates and wearing a track suit all the mobility in the quads and hips is completely unrestricted. Wearing pants and shin pads etc limits mobility a lot more compared to a loose track suit. Any tips on equipment for adults? Should I get giant pants and tiny shin pads? Rinks don’t let “Regular” people wear track suits during stick and puck/open hockey in CA. Also, I can’t turn my skate blade 90 degrees out bc my hips tight. Any mobility tips for that? Thanks!
