Glad your doing better, Scott. Whatever you've been through, stay strong, stay positive. The past three months, Ive been going through some serious health issues, But it's been getting better. I've been able to keep up on my basic husbandry and my tank is doing good. Hang in there!
@@TattooedDancer91 I do a mostly raw vegan diet. I’ve cut out almost all processed foods and eat primarily raw fruits vegetables nuts and seeds. I’ve lost 85 pounds and fixed my blood pressure and back problems.

Glad to see you still alive. The tank was better than I expected after not caring for it for 6 months. I've lost more on a week's vacation to Vegas with someone supposedly watching the tank. I hope the life drama has passed and things are good. Glad to see you are not quitting.

Glad to see you back. One foot in front of the other is all we can do. Look forward to more videos. I kept African cichlids while I was in the Air Force. Tanks always looked great before I deployed. Coming home often meant serious maintenance on the tanks. After a few days everything was back to normal and getting healthy again. One foot in front of the other.

First off I hope you are doing ok! Love your channel. I can understand not wanting to say what caused 6 months of neglect or even seeing the tank if it’s personal reason BUT, cannot help feel bad for these live animals and organisms. Sorry for all the losses and hope can bounce back. Good luck.
Thank you so much 😊 I feel so bad for what my animals went through. I did everything I could for them but my options where very limited. I’m continuing to fight the good fight to provide my animals the life they deserve. I think everything will make sense in time

@merritt McDowell Im sure you can read between the lines based on the fact no one was taking care of the reef/ neglecting it…while he was away. In any case, It’s really great to see Scott back and hope all continues to get better for him and family.
@@Val_Halla777 well it could have been maybe cancer, drug abuse, prison, something else he was doing that he didnt know was bad the skys the limit tough to tell for sure
I’m an avid follower, always waiting for your next video and I haven’t seen ANY notifications from your channel in months!! I figured something was very off. No need to go into details-it’s your business- I think anyone who truly watches and loves your channel knows how much you love your tanks and take pride in them…something must have really challenged you in order for you to be away for six months. Oooh man!!!! I feel ya! I lost my tank filled and filled with "highend" corals nowadays....it did hurt so much losing it with the backstory this thing had, was just killing it for me....i re-set it, but never felt the same way, couple days ago i downsized it to a nano and made a freshwater natural scape out of the big one. Stay strong!!!
So sorry this happened to you mate.. to be honest I can’t believe how good the tank looks after 6 months of neglect. Am I’ll be honest I can’t help but be curious as to why you couldn’t be there. Sometimes sharing your story can be part of healing. Understand if you don’t want to share though. Looking forward to your future reefing.

Your definitely a miracle worker.....wow I'm only starting out my first saltwater tank a fluval Evo 13.5 just getting cycle done..... Gonna see if I can do this always had freshwater stuff and I'm currently breeding my snakes..... But always loved the ocean and fishing.... So wanted to try saltwater .....was always told it was really hard and expensive .....Wich it can be.... That's with everything... But already wanna upgrade already

Nice to see some new content on this channel. I also had some familiy issues which was at the biggest of the last decade. But the lifes goes on :-) Anyway, every reefer can imagine how hard the tank looses are. May I got it wrong, but you tell me that nothing was added at the display tank in the past 6 month? I would have aspected that all stony corals are gone. Even your clam have survived this long time? Maybe they are in some kind of survival mode? I really love my clam and it does feels good for you that the Tridacana made it through.
