After reading the books, especially the third book I understand why people are so enthusiastic about team Conrad. Getting his point of view puts a lot into perspective. He is actually a really great guy for Belly just has some communication issues and struggles with emotional vulnerability 🙏🙏👌🔥❤️

If you take a look at Conrad when he says "what is she doing here?" when Belly first walks into the room you can see Conrad looks so stressed out, exhausted, overwhelmed. His eyes look red like he's been crying or something.
I think it hit him hard seeing Belly for the first time since the funeral, he still loves her you can tell, his eye’s did look like he had been crying or about to seeing her there……he looked soo sad too 😢
people are saying “jeremiah knew what he was getting himself into” since belly was so in love but in the scene with jeremiah and belly in the pool he asks if she could ever see them together and she says yes so technically its her fault for leading him on. she left him kiss her multiple times and then left him.
Lol she takes on most of the blame yes, but JereBear is his own person and can only control what he decides to do. He knew she broke up with Cam to be the Conrad. He saw that belly was still in love with Conrad when they almost kissed on the dock. So although she also knew, we can’t negate the fact that he also knew and still chose to participate. Even in the 5th episode of this season his narration confirms that.

I always say this, but I just don't feel sorry for Jeremiah. He already knew what it was. Go where you're wanted not tolerated. He knows that girl has been madly in love with Conrad since forever. That doesn't just go away. Only person who broke Jeremiah's heart is Jeremiah.

Ok looking back at it Belly really jumped the gun breaking up with Conrad. In that moment we don’t know what’s going on bc he doesnt say and there’s no backstory to this mood he was in. Idk she wanted to the be the one in control so its not as “devastating” if he did it but gurl chill. Just talk about it later.

i can see your opinion on how belly is just removing herself from susannahs death but she was truly going through it all like susannah was family and she was trying so hard to be there for conrad while also going through it and she was only 16 going thru so much so i feel like we cant really blame her too much for anything she did "wrong."
I agree to a point, she knows this family, has known them her whole life, has loved Conrad and she loved Susannah like a second mom and after being with Conrad for around 9 months as his girlfriend she should have known what was going on with Conrad…..it was plain as day on his face……just my opinion but she broke up with him really, giving the necklace back was hard to watch, it broke Conrad’s heart, he did not want to break up with her at all and again I do love Belly but then we get the funeral and she’s one way at the funeral and then at their house after they both said some terrible things to each other which they didn’t mean but it shouldn’t have happened like that right there in front of everyone

I like Conrad and Belly together but I completely understand why Jeremiah upset. Like the major Conrad girlies are acting like they wouldn’t be mad if they were basically in a relationship with someone, because Belly lowkey was in a relationship with Jere, and then that person went and kissed and got into another relationship with their sibling. AND SHE DIDNT EVEN BREAK UP WITH JEREMIAH BEFORE SHE GOT WITH CONRAD!
You guys know I love Jer, but he knew she was in love with Conrad and pretty much begged to picked when she was vulnerable lol he watched her be with Cam to get over Conrad only to leave Cam to BE with Conrad and he still intervened. He saw them about to kiss on the dock and decided to still put himself in the line of fire. So although I feel for him, we have to acknowledge that he had a part in his heartbreak. Her and Conrad “paused their relationship for a few months for Jeremiah’s sake” which was the right thing to do and Conrad stayed in touch with him obviously and Belly even said she had tried to call and text him and he wouldn’t respond……Conrad and Belly loved each other but did right by Jere

i feel for Conrad honestly i think he had too much on his shoulder people forget that he had panic attack and also knew that his mom was sick and dying Belly tried but for me she didn't tried enough to put herself in his shoes .. the dude lost him mom and i felt like she wanted him to see her and only her he didn't have time to process anything that she was mad at him he tried for her and when that didn't go like she wanted too she say bye even tho she told him she wanted to be there for him ..

I disagree with the fact that Jeremiah brought this onto himself. If you watched season 1 after Jeremiah and Belly kissed he let it be known that if she wasn’t in it then it was okay. Also Jeremiah probably knew she automatically over Conrad but didn’t expect her to go to Conrad and essentially “cheat”
I get that Jere pursued her while knowing she still had feelings for Conrad, but she had also dated Cam that summer and she kept trying to prove to everybody how over Conrad she was and I get it because she was tired of feeling like this little nerd who was just chasing after him and he paid no mind to her. However, Belly is also accountable here because she could’ve said no to Jeremiah when he confessed his love but she didn’t. She said yes I could feel the same way and proceeded to have a hot, steamy make out with him in the pool. In the book, she tells him she can’t cause she still has feelings for Conrad which would’ve been the right thing to do. And honestly, Conrad still had every opportunity to intercept Jeremiah because before anything happened, Belly had confessed her love to Conrad and admitted that she broke up with Cam, but what happens? Conrad rejects her! Then she’s up in the bedroom crying. And remember that means now she definitely didn’t have a date to the Deb Ball. I just wonder if her accepting Jeremiah’s love proposal wasn’t in part from wanting a little revenge on Conrad? I mean Cam was a great guy and she let that go on just a hope for Conrad (no guarantees cause Conrad had not confessed any love to her). Conrad is not a bad character, but he’s inconsistent and emotionally unstable and that is not good for a romantic relationship.
