i have heard that she had more creative control later in her career, i just didnt know when that point came... i love everything ive heard by her, but she for sure has more of her own style in her newer videos, so im super excited to check out all that i have missed!
@@hinachan7330 Yes, chat-shire was her first fully produced album as her label gave her the green light. However, Palette era was the point where you feel like she has total control over everything especially after not releasing a singlr track on 2016
Found this reaction by accident, IU has a lot of songs and I have yet to find one I don't love. She can sing anything and make you laugh, meditate and cry. The only thing I'll say here, after watching the other IU clips you have, is you seem to have missed a live performance. There are many of those in her Official channel and the thing is they sound and well if not better than the studio record, she's 100% legit.
for Through The Night, I recommend you to listen it again,at least once or twice... its a classic, but need a bit of time to understand its subtle beauty. Another important point is the lyrics (written by IU) : its super beautiful (almost at literary level), and the english translation not doing it justice. Arguably its one of the most beautiful kpop modern songs, lyrics-wise.
She said in her IUTV that this song is connected with "With A Determine Heart To Forget You". Please watch that as well. I can see that you are mesmerized by her. :)
IU is better in live versions such as her concert and live band clips. Check out the meaning of you and love poem if you didn’t yet. IU has so many songs and clips, it will take a long time to cover them all. I always watch BTS and IU and thanks for your reactions.

Till today, Through The Night is still charting in around top 60 of Korea Billboard chart, and in Gaon chart weekly she always hovers around #110- #130 -ish . Yes, despite all new songs XD Its not easy to have one legendary song, BUT its nearly impossible to have TWO songs in span of 7 years, with 2 different genres.

I love the suggestions and comments and we often follow them, but my goal with the channel is to find music that i love and add them to my life... i dont care how many views each video gets, or trying to do something only because its popular.... i like a lot of popular things so sometimes it works out, but thats never the driving force. Chris and I live a couple hours away from each other, and we were trying to find reasons to hang out that we couldnt just do by hopping in discord and hanging out online..because even tho we are best friends, as adults its hard to just make sure you hang out on a regular basis, especially during times like we all live in today... and thats why we started the channel Its actually going a lot better and has grown faster than either of us thought it would and has turned out to be one of my most fulfilling hobbies ever
