How second portion is saturated in the 1,4-benzodiazepin-2-on ring system? I dont get it there is a double bond between carbon and oxygen. Could you explain it to me please

The double bond is between oxygen and carbon, sir was talking about the double that should be present in the main ring structure between N1 and C2. As that bond is not present we are calling the 2nd position as saturated. The main nucleus ring matters here, the oxygen double bond doesn't matter.
