Hi Mark - you always ask at the beginning of your Vlog/videos how everybody is doing - I live in a rehabilitation centre as I suffer with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis and lupus. I’m either bedbound or wheelchair bound - the last few months I’ve been finding it hard mentally as my physical health affects my mental health - I’m on two of depressants/anxiety drugs. I just wanted to say I find you very inspirational and motivated and you get me through the hardest of days - thank you so much for all your hard-working putting in these Vlog/videos together. Thank you for reminding us to be grateful because we take so much for granted and worry about silly things that don't matter. Illness or lack of mobility could come to any of us, for many it will one day, and to read your comment about your current situation kind of forces me to appreciate what I have, even though I often think it's not much, I do have the ability to move about and I'm free of pain, yet you can't and are not. You are an inspiration too, you know, you are still going, still trying, and still being sweet and kind even though you are so unwell and suffering greatly. Hey Mark!! I just wanted to tell you how much YOU have inspired and encouraged me with these solo/travel vlogs. I have watched your videos for YEARSSSS (since I was around 13 years old and I am now 19) and can remember watching your first solo travel trips in absolute awe of your courage and bravery but also seeing it as something completely unattainable for myself with the anxiety and low level of confidence I had. However, a couple years later and with the MASSIVE encouragement I have gotten from watching you- I have just booked my first EVER solo trip. I am leaving to travel around Greece for 5 weeks at the end of this month, with 0 solo travel experience but with so much excitement and A LOT of fear haha ( I am crapping it ngl ). Thank you SO much for sharing your journey, inspiring your viewers and I just wanted to remind you of the absolute star you are. Keep doing what you're doing 💞🌟

For reminding me to breathe We are moving from California to Wyoming after living in one house for 35 years. It's been a lot to pack and purge all of our things. We're almost there!! We say goodbye to our exchange students in June and then goodbye to our home.

Bridport and west bay are my second home. I absolutely love it there! I highly recommend Rachel’s for food in west bay. I usually stay at highlands end holiday park in Eype. Also the Anchor inn at seatown is a gorgeous pub 😊
the best part of my day right here!! also an idea for a nice summer getaway- visit somewhere in suffolk on the seaside like Walberswick or southwold! you can get a little rowing boat from walberswick over to southwold and it’s so cute

I think this was my favorite solo travel vlog of yours so far! It was just like being on a trip with a friend. It felt easy, funny, relaxing, ... Loved it! Favorite moment is still you on the bus in Scotland: I can't bloody breath man 🤣 .

If you’re into seaside towns, I HIGHLY recommend the Suffolk seaside town of Soutwold. I’ve been holidaying there since I was little and it honestly holds such a special place in my heart. The high street is magical, with tons of food places. The beach is spectacular and has a wonderful pier with loads of fun things to do. Lots of gorgeous walks, ferry and boat rides too. It also has a beautiful hotel and many b&bs available. Xx
I don’t usually comment on videos but I will say that I’ve been at a crossroads career-wise the last couple of months and been too afraid to go after what I want, but seeing your confidence grow has really pushed me to do the scary thing!
