Not sure what they call them in your country but in the states, they make "turnbuckle tabs" that you weld half to the main hoop, then the other half of the joint to the 'X' or portion of the cage you want to be removable. You can use 'hitch pins' or some grade 8 or better nylock nuts/ washers/ bolts. If you wanted to change ot later you could. Clean dub though man, nice job.
