Hobi recently trended on social media despite being out of the spotlight for seven months. This came after Hobi's military senior was discharged and shared a photo with him on IG.
The caption melted ARMY's hearts because it proved that Hobi hadn't changed at all. As if that wasn't enough, Hobi's autograph has a very special detail. Hobi is known for his attention to detail and sharp memory.
Hobi signed off with a Japanese phrase spelled in Korean Hangul, which means "Do your best!" or "Cheer up!" He did this because the guy he signed for studied at a university in Japan and used to live there.
An ARMY shared that a coworker revealed that her son had recently enlisted, and Hobi was one of his training instructors. Despite being in an intense environment, Hobi remained on brand. She described him as a kind instructor who always gives out hugs to cheer trainees up.
It is safe to say that Hobi has left a mark on these soldiers.
