Libretto: attributed to Louis de Cahusac (1706-1759)
Composition date: c. 1763. The work remained unperformed in Rameau's lifetime. The first known staged performance happened on 21 July 1982 at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence under the direction of John Eliot Gardiner.
