Scenes from Dallas TNT 2x02 ("Venomous Creatures")
J.R. & John Ross comfort Sue Ellen after she lost the election. Later J.R. visits Sue Ellen again. Their front door scene is a sweet, lovely, touching scene, the best JR/Sue Ellen moment on DallasTNT.

JR has always loved Sue Ellen. As he gets older he sits back and realize how he has treated her. He can't change the past. But, he has respect for what she has done in her life since leaving him. And there is a place in her heart for him.

It would have been better if the show had been rebooted a few years sooner before Larry Hagman passed away. Two or three more seasons would have been great. The only thing I don’t like was how the story went off tangent in the final season as well as the series finale where Christopher got blown up. It would have been better to see the family feud come to a peaceful and happy end.

this show , serie was so warm despite all hate there was between the ewings and barnes families , it really had a passion for all directions , and all the characters was played in a superb way to top lvl , but it was another time back then in those days , cruel and nasty words was being said right through but that was the content of DALLAS , this serie really put its mark and sign for tv series and tv shows , and its well watchable after all these years , short saying , timeless , a dam great tv show soap .

I'd stopped watching this back in the 80s when the storyline started being silly, & they tried to replace the REAL Miss Ellie with a "Disney character" (Donna Reed). I never saw anything like this between Sue Ellen & J.R.. I actually shed a few tears watching this scene. This is how they should've been with each other from the start..... but then they wouldn't have had those wonderful ratings from J.R.'s little antics & making enemies as a result throughout the years, now would we? 😂❤

The new John Ross might get the female viewers wet but his acting and screen presence is pure wood and JR sounds like a computer programmed version of his good old self ,big mistake bringing it back the way they did , the original John Ross was just fine , and even as a child actor could convey a sense of mischief and meaness that worked just fine. JR should have bowed out vía S13 and new characters written in.
