I'd say the best way to get into cars is to just go head first. What I mean is start small to build confidence, maybe do an oil change changing air filter. Do some mods to your car like painting a grill, changing the color of your rims, performance mod, exhaust. Then you can eventually work your way into doing bigger jobs like pulling your engine out modifying it/ adding a turbo for more power. You don't learn unless you try and about 5 yrs ago I had no clue about cars I now have a Honda Del Sol I am restoring. So the one thing I would recommend to you is just start working on a car. You could buy a cheap 500$ car like a civic which is an easy platform to learn on. Don't be scared it's easier than it seems and also meeting people at car communities to help you with projects and to show you what's out there. RU-vid and car forums have lots of resources and step by step guides for working your car. Goodluck!
Everyone starts somewhere. Just do a lot of research online. There is forums for all kinds of different cars. There are tons of forums for Honda because they are one of the most customized car brands in the world.
Zeal Gaming that would be interesting to see too! I think that would be easy since the Legend engine bay is pretty big. I always like a Legend. A clean Legend is hard to find.
You can follow me on Instagram @ instagram.com/samurai_b_inthavong/ We post teaser and trailer on up coming videos and projects . As of right now we are working on Toyota mr2 k20 VS Supra 2jz series and planning to do more v-blogs on each build so stay tune. :)
You’re a mf legend man. I got an 04 accord v6 6speed swap with 04 tl mtor and I’ve always wanted to swap a j into a del sol. Please tel me everything about the swap. What mounts? Any cutting required?
Saw another comment saying the build cost you about 12 k with the car? How much was the car itself? Im trying to pick one up to build soon and was trying to get an idea on pricing
brady anderson if I can remember correctly I think 4k for the car. Si B16. 3k on the wrap job with 3M material. You should be able to do it cheaper if you can find better deals and minus all the extra stuff that I add on.
The only problem i got is that mine 1997 and here in upstate ny aparently is a problem to put a programable ecu( wont pass inspection) that’s what the mechanic i got always said to me and idk what to do probably i have to find a 1995 body to make ot happens
@@KLIMPORTS Same here, I have a 95 del sol with a Itr swap in it. I'd like to Put a K in the back. Sweet ride tho, those J series sound amazing with nice header......
@@KLIMPORTS what was the over cost spent doing this project ? If you don't mind me asking I was thinking buying the 3.2 v6 out of the Acura TL and swapping it in my del Sol
I'm trying to not hate man especially as a fellow Honda guy but absolutely everything about this video was ass. From the presentation to the car its all terrible I'm sorry. And the b16 has more potential than 3.2 the aftermarket support is endless there's b16$ out there laying down 7-8s there hard to beat just as good as K series this js terrible waste. I smash on hellcats and Shelby's in my twin charged sol

Thanks I Love your honesty! Yes everything you said is correct minus the part J is a waste. With the right amount of money anything can put down 7-8s! I’m just looking from a stock point J will smash B, D, H, K all day!
