Try moving your hands out for the front squat. That's how I got around that same problem.

What if we have already started the J&T2.0 cycle? We can't provide T1/T2 for the first couple workouts. Will that be acceptable for the Most Jacked competition?

There will be some leeway granted, for sure. Do your best to collect those lifts. Way better than Pokemon GO.

Man, lots of stretching your pecs, triceps, lats and forearms beforehand is going to make it much easier to hold that position

Hey cody, im running j and t 2.0 and i can't do deficit deadlifts. Would it be alright if i did 2-count pause deadlifts instead of 2 inch deficits and 1 count pause deadlifts instead of 1 inch deficit deadlifts? Should the percentages change or be the same?

I'd hesitate to add pause work to JnT because the rep count is already very high so your TuT would be stupid.I'd rather opt for stiff legs or even the opposite style, so sumo over conventional as an option there.

Cody Lefever (GZCL) Would the whole TuT thing apply to paused pressing? It says in your JnT 2.0 article that spoto presses would be a good accessory aqs a t2 movement but what about regular paused bench and ohp as t1?

That'd be fine, the concentricless nature of paused deadlifts, plus the load, will be a lot more than the pressing. Paused benching should be done for 3 or fewer reps per set. If its more than 3 reps I'd just pause the first rep and TnG the remainder.

How does one implement more deadlifts into J&T2.0?

I asked in his reddit AMA. It's fine to do them as the T1 movement on day 3 instead of front squats. He just said that he personally didn't like doing a heavy 10 RM with deads. He said it's fine though abdomen even recommended then for me.
