Got the 85T last week, using them for road running and they have a great fit, stayed in place even when sweating in a 17km run. Great noise cancellation and enjoyable sound.
The older Jabra 75T cases are MUCH easier to open then the new ones. I HATE the Elite 7 Pro case. I have to fiddle with it and I feel like I am going to break it because I have to squeeze and deform the plastic to get enough grip on it to open it. The 75T is just a flip with the thumb, it is easy.
The funny thing is if you have Galaxy Buds Pro eartips use those on the 85T. They help making the treble sound a lot better :) Different eartips can open up the potential of these buds. I am using pink noise to tune the buds to a more neutral target and that helps with the sound too. The key is to balance out the frequencies and that then gives space to all the frequencies and gives you a more detailed sound with more stage. You can upgrade the sound that way if you are a more critical listener.
indeed. i done this sorta edit with headsets as well changing earpads even going as far to stuff cotten in the pads for the rly sharp trebles clarity which happen be 'too sharp' enough to sting , the cotten helps soften the soundstage without messing with the light and balanced bass or rich treble eq functions or hurting ur eardrums
I prefer the 85ts, but the slave audio is a nuisance. I have lost my right bud and now have to buy a whole new pair. Its a major inconvenience compared to other options where you could double your battery life by only using one earbud at a time while the other charges.
I have the 85Ts and while I like them overall, but... the battery life SUCKS for people actually ON their phones a lot, especially for work. If they didn't require that Master/Slave configuration they would be awesome! For that reason alone I'm thinking of trying the Elite 7 Pros.
I use my in ears so often the battery dies so i just bought another. It was cheaper than bying the elite 7. Here in sweden you can buy almost 4 pair of jabra elite 3, 3 pair of jabra elite 75t or 2 pairs of jabra elite 4 for 1 pair of jabra elite 7 pro
The elite pro 7s still have a split second lag when receiving audio like playing voicemail or listening to Siri or when navigation talks to you. Unacceptable
Hello Bro TWS Jabra Elite 85t VS TWS JBL Tune 130 NC Which TWS can deliver better mic quality for phone calls between these two TWS ? please give me valid reasons Thank you so much Brother 🙏😁👍😊
I've been a Jabra fan for a while but I noticed once that right bug goes out u have to throw them away they need to take all there buds off that hero and side kick shit that's were they losing money
This is a super excellent review bro!!! So informative and great comparison. It's a one stop shop review for earbuds for any newbie or those looking at jabras. Great work man
Got a pair of Jabra 85t for christmas last year and I like them. Just pissed at how bad the tracking is, just lost(like today) the right bud so for the price they where asking for $10 more I just got a whole new pair with case, can buy just replacement ear buds and they only come in paris. Just know if you get them don’t trust the in built tracking get an air tag or similar on a silicone cover on the Jabra case does a better job for real time tracking then the stock Jabra as it only tacks when it connects to your phone last time for tracking, so if you don’t use them for a day or two you are less likely to find them if they have been moved. And in my case I lost the right bud which is the only one that connects to the phone so the left one is useless by itself.
Really liked the indept and getting all aspects.. Before watching this i just got the Elite 3, and saw the shop does the Elite 85t at same price.. but think I´ll stay with the Elite 3.. The road noise on the 85T sounded horriable..
Listen the 85t are really good perfect fit like a cloud but they arent loud enough and not enough bass I will keep them tho got them for 180 with wireless charger
Hi i was wondering about the hero&sidekick feature as I own a jabra 65t which also has it, do all the jabra products have this? I am looking to get a new pair of earphones but I'm interested in getting one without a dominant earbud. Do you know what earbuds do not have this technology? Thx. Great Video!
The story of my life. Every Jabra I’ve ever owned have this. The new high end Jabra line is the same. There’s a split second lag when audio is sent no matter what. It’s annoying and unacceptable in my opinion
"A warmer sound" gets the point across. But people get off on adding the word "signature" for the same reason they get off on "aesthetics", when most of the time "looks" is synonymous.
hey, could you please make a reveiw on the JBL club pro + earbuds? I bought them recently and i think that they are great but i would like to hear a opinion from someone more experienced.
I dont get the hype with the sony wh-1000xm4 because they are giant. And fall out of ur ears so easy. If u only use them sitting down that is great. But they are so big and awkwatd they dont stay in good, they also arent that loud
Anyone who doesn’t think the 85ts are the best simply has shitty hearing. The speakers in those are double the size of most earbuds out rn. Y’all love those tiny little weak speakers that basically used to be tweeters for 2 speakers earbuds. Go learn to eq and then you’ll see which earbuds really have the most capability.
nice video, i have the jabra 75t and they are great, last a long time until the right earbud gives u issues lol. but these are the only headphones that dont shut off in the sauna due to heat. so i just use them as sauna headphones and replaced them for more budget earbuds Anker Soundcore P3, which im enjoying them a lot for the price. (i have 2earbuds for the gym, incase battery life dies early and or i forget to charge) im really loving the soundcore p3 tho. nice change, less bulky, feels light, non existent in the ear, but unfortunately super sensitive on touch buttons but thats why i disabled it on the soundcore, plus a good app too. The jabra 7 elite pros look sweet tho!
I'm here because my 4th pair of 75ts (got replacements) is giving me issues again. The left earbud won't play sound any louder than 10% of the right...
@@Chrillee I had a ton of issues with my 75t as well. Loved them until they started acting up. One or both of the earbuds will not turn up they have been collecting dust. I got them out recently again… same issue. When they were working they were great but just too many sound issues
@@bgwalthney They are the absolute perfect earbud for me. They fit me perfectly, they sound better than anything (better than most overear headphones too), they have all the features I need, incredible battery life... but unfortunately they seem to always fuck up after 6-12 months.
@@Chrillee these were my absolute favorites before they crapped out. However I just found a video to help with the volume issue - mine were having this issue. There is a tiny hole by the charging connectors on the buds, take a needle or toothpick and clean it out. Solved my issue! I’m back to enjoying my favorite earbuds! There is some sort of sensor in the holes but don’t worry about damaging them cleaning these out... After I did this They sound phenomenal again!
I love to walk around with earbuds, and i choose the elite 3 exactly for the quality of the microphone in call. Thank's for your review from an Italian in Spain
Great review. I had the Jabra 75Ts before but the hiss on the left ear bud aggravated my tinnitus so I gave them away after 3 months of use. I really liked their sound quality. May try to find the 85Ts on sale...
Hello, I want to buy a cheap pair of open back headset. Connect to the computer. The mid-range and high-pitched bass are average. Which one do you recommend? Thank you
just won a sales contest and i need to choose between the models: cheap model: 75t vs elite 3 and an expensive model: 85 t vs elite 7 pro i took 75 t and the elite 7 pro but i can still change my mind, can u help me?
Hey I'm from India. Jabra Elite 85t, Elite 4 Active and Elite 7 Active are right now closely priced, with 7 Active being offered at a price point 3k INR more, with discount. For me, that doesn't make a difference. Please could someone suggest me which one I choose? My concerns: Audio quality, ANC, Software interface, Connectivity, Battery life. In that order. Thanks in advance! 🙂
Hi there! It will depend on the use you are getting the earbuds. If you are using them for intense training, the Actives should be the option. Between Elite 4 and Elite 7, i'll go for the E7. If you are using them for occasional excercise or everyday use, I believe the 85t are the best option. C ya!
Hello, I was wondering if the noise cancellation on the 85ts is actually worth paying for or if it is just a marketing gimmick, I recently bought the Sony WH CH 700 N over ear noise cancelling headphones and I really didn't find the noise cancellation to be all that impressive, and given that the Jabras are earbuds I was wondering if it would be even less so. Also, are these earbuds practical for working out with? Thank you for your help
@@tc14gt88 honestly I’m not sure, I definitely think the 85t are WAY better than the airpods pro (maybe not for phone calls though.). My go to has always been Jabra bc I love the brand so much
@@jmsolano0516 okay, thank you for your help, just one last question, do you know if it is way worse than the noise cancellation on the Sony WF 1000 XM4 or if it is almost on par with it?
I have used the Elite 75t for a few years. One pair has died and I'm looking to replace them. I tried the Elite 7 Pro, but I hated them. I bought a pair of Sennheiser, but I'm not super impressed with them either. Based on reviews, I think the 85ts would be my best option, but I'm wondering if Jabra is going to come out with some new model that will bring the best of all their offerings.
@@Gamerlingual do you find the treble bearable? I’m quite sensitive to high frequencies and all the reviews saggers that sound ore sound signature is quite trebly
Liberty 3 Pro all the way if ANC & sound quality are your priorities. Elite 7 sound great and have a far superior fit in terms of comfort and stability (ymmv) but the noise cancelation is non-existent.
@@be8965 Treble is fine. You can hear it, but the mids and bass come out a bit more. It’s balanced. Plus, with the app, it’s easy to adjust everything you want.
@@mertbaydar8474 No cons for me, I am using it with MS Teams/PC and dual connection with my mobile, all calls are clear, no complain on the other side 😍
@@bobstodomingo , i heard button of elite 3 is hard to press and often usage of it is not comfy at all and longer usage than 2 hours gives ache or pain to your ear. I wonder if those are true or not
75T & 7 Elite are the best. 85t are the worse, bulky & goofy. 75t are perfect in price & eveerything else. 7 elite active are the same as 75t at a higher price cuz theyre new.
