I have watched many of your videos and decided to order the Perform 45 headset. I am currently using the Plantronics Legend, which still works fine, but after hearing the microphone test between the Legend and the Perform 45, it was clear that the Perform 45 was the better choice. The voice quality was much clearer and more present, which is why I am giving away my Legend. I plan to use the push-to-talk button to easily accept and end calls. I also appreciate the feature where lifting the microphone mutes it. As a private user, microphone quality was my main concern. Among mono headsets, I only found the Sennheiser Presence to be slightly better in this aspect. However, it had some disadvantages in terms of controls and comfort. Since I mostly make calls in quieter environments (at home) or in my car, the 5200 model, which is primarily better in windy conditions, does not suit my needs. I hope the Perform 45 performs better than the Jabra 65 Talk, although I could not discern any major differences in your tests. Thank you for your informative videos. They helped me make a quick decision, and I hope it turns out to be the right choice.

Hello, thanks for the another good review. Jabra Talk 65(which I bought after your review) was designed for mobile use only(or it's recommended by Jabra). What about this one? Can it be connected to laptop? Do we need Jabra Link to be able to connect to Laptop? My personal input about device: since it doesn't go into the ear hole(it just stands on it) you can hardly hear another side of communication when you are in the noisy environment(outside, caffe, open space office). I wish they build some additional accessories(which can replace the default one) which will go inside the ear & will help you hear what is talking your colleague on the other side, cause if you push it a bit to your ear the voice is super clear & loud.

How long does it take to fully charge the headphones ? Can i sync it to 2 Mobiles & when i get a call it switches to the device i answer the call

I have the blue parrot that looks similar to this and it’s multifunction button is really hard to push (driving the unit into your ear and squishing the eargel) and I heard the talk 65 is similarly hard to push in. Is this one easier to push in or does it also require a fair amount of force to engage the button? I love the flip to mute feature, that almost made click buy alone!!

When you flip the boom mic ip to mute the microphone, does it also mute an active phone call’s audio coming in? The web site says it mutes push to talk coming in but was wondering if you can use this for when you just want to listen but not interrupt the other person on the line talking (like meetings)?

How is the microphone noise cancellation compared to say, AirPods or other consumer products?

My husband is a contractor and is constantly on the phone and I think an earpiece would help him a lot, he’s around a lot of noise constantly(where he can’t hear and they can’t hear), and dust, do you think this could work?

I just got one for office use and while its good overall, the fit is poor. At least for me, the minimum adjustment vertical and horizontally makes it difficult to get a snug fit. Generally its just flopping near the ear canal.

Why are they so expensive is it the quality of the mic

Sorry Drew, I'll never buy this. I have 3 Talk 65 - all have sirious issue :-\ Perform looks similar so I don't want to lost more money :( I'm really really dissapointment of Jabra (!!)

1. It is 21st century - please stop using FEET, majority of earth population have no idea how much is that 2. not a word about the charging port!!!

Incomplete review !! Very long but don't touch a IMPORTANT characteristic : HOW you can charge the device ! It has micro-USB or USB-C charging port ??!?! The video it show always the product from angles so you CAN'T SEE the charging port. Ugly! PS I know it come with USB-C but who is watching.... doesn't know and will never find out from your video.
