i've read that this headset has low max volume. so, it's hard for the user to hear the other side when using it in a noisy environment. do you have the same experience with the volume?
it's not that it has low volume, is that it is not an "in ear" design so the sound is not as loud as it should be. Adjusting the position of the earpiece will help a lot.
I had it and it is far too low volume in the earpiece. This is too bad as it makes this headset useless. 👎 I hope they make a new hardware revision as this sounds like a hardware limit and not a software limit.
Yes. I recently bought them. They are very good to work with at home or in medium loud areas. If the background is very noisy, it will still do the noise cancellation, but you might not hear the other end properly as it is single ear piece. Noise will enter your ears from your other ear. I use them while driving and while walking on streets where cars are passing by. Works great.
This is very uncomfortable :( I wanna cry! does not connect to my iPhone XS :((( surprisingly though it connects to my hp 360 thank God! but I just wanna cry right now haha. and the volume in my laptop has to be on full volume waaaaah
