Jack Russell Dies, Last Words Revealed, Singer for Great White and Survivor of Nightclub 

Jack Russell, lead singer of the heavy metal band Great White and a survivor of the Station Night Club fire, died Thursday.
Russell died of Lewy body dementia and multiple system atrophy; he had announced in July that he would be stepping away from touring due to his dementia and MSA diagnosis.
