Hello Papasmurfdad fans. I have almost forgotten how to post! How many of you went to the two Houston TX area performances in Novenber, 2017? I had my trusty camera but was unable to get a good shot. Thank you anonymous for your video. Here is an edit of both videos. Enjoy!

@@pruesol I have listened to her since she was first discovered on that talent show. I think she is super, but I also have been a fan of jackie since she was nine and I still pick Jackie as my personal favorite. Almira is right behind her. That's just my own personal preference.. they are both magnificent.

My younger Brother was there, a few row from the stage. It was the first concert neer him in Texas since she sang in Houston Feb 2011. He and his son were thrilled to see her again.

Spine-tingling performance. Jackie is such a lovely and loving young lady. She lives a clean life and never has a negative word for anybody. She just keeps moving forward in a positive way, fulfilling her dreams. So inspirational, if she did not exist, we would have to invent her.

This is awesome, especially for Jackies fan who couldn't be there to hear her in person. My peeve is there doesn't seem to be any videos of Jackies 2 concerts in Dayton,Ohio this past weekend with the Dayton orchestra, Two mostly sold out concerts in a beautiful venue. From what I've heard these were epic concerts. Sad they are lost, except in the memories of the fan who could attend them.

Well, let's not give up hope, perhaps one or two videos will surface eventually. I was there both nights and can confirm that Jackie not only performed this song, but raised standing ovations both times. Jackie and the Dayton orchestra really blended smoothly, the sound balance was excellent, and Jackie held the last note of this song even longer than what we see here. She keeps taking steps forward in her personal and professional development...it is a joy to witness. :)

There is something truly unique about Jackie. Not just the voice, or the way she becomes the music, or the way she can impart such emotion into her singing. She could so easily go over the top as many others do, she is quite capable but she sings in the way every nuance is correctly weighted. No gliz, no drama but an unmatched purity. It springs from her personality, her soul if you will, and her upbringing in a loving and nurturing family.

The dedication is fairly scripted and she has added her great-grandfather, her aunt and her first dog to the dedication, but the emotion is genuine. She sang this in her Colorado concerts a few weeks ago and was so emotional afterwards she had to leave the stage during the standing ovation. Of course as always her live performance of this dwarfs these fan recordings. Her voice has become simply incredible.
