Typical "traffic stop".. Pull someone over.. Get the information.. Search the vehicle for more stuff to add more "charges" and then arrest.. Then comes.. "court" fees.. Lawyer fees.. Bail.. Probation fees.. And a ruined reputation over codes and statutes and policy and ordinances that aren't law.. But they are gladly going to enforce those rather than the law of this land which is the constitution... That all "officers" swear an oath to..

Depraved is illegally trying to search a man's car over a simple traffic ticket. The police knew his name and address and going there at 4 in the morning was just out of showing who was boss. The cops were on a power rip because someone DARED to disobey their illegal orders.
It always strikes me that these body cams are not at a right angel should they be straight forwards instead of pointing down? And if the person is small adjust the camera . How can anybody tell who was the first to shoot? Body cameras should protect both , the perpetrator and the police officer. Where are you headed to? Why are you going there? Can I search your car? ALL meant to get anything extra on the driver. NEVER answer any questions during a traffic stop. Get your ticket & go. You have the 5th amendment. These cops being greedy and pushing things caused this.

That’s dumb dude.,I’ve had more trouble in three states bc of cops harassing me bc of my ex or my neighbor is Martha Stewart’s brother but in general if I get stopped, I have no problem.,I don’t argue about my DL or insurance, I have everything legal and nothing illegal. Takes 5 minutes and we both go home alive.,don’t blame everyone bc of a few.

I still say you have to be a seasoned street thug to become irritated by a traffic stop coz police don't start by fighting you but your attitude gets them there. Why is it difficult to do as they request if you have nothing to hide. I have been stopped several times I'm my life without problems. If you alone feel you man enough to confront police ,then be man enough to face consequences, why kill himself when he was exercising his rights?
It's a tragedy an officer was shot but..... This video is a demonstration that police officers need training on how to use body cameras to record what is happening instead of the cameras recording the ground or the side of the vehicle. Was there any other video cam rolling at time of the shooting, would be great to actually see video from other officers. This briefing leaves too many unanswered questions. Times of full transparency. I understand the need to confiscate illegal weapons but it's unconstitutional to search without probable cause. A traffic stop might be legal but searching a person's vehicle is not without probable cause.
