Jacob Anderson on AMC's 'Interview With the Vampire' 

Jacob just seems like such a fun person to hang out with and I absolutely love all his answer. Him wanting Louis to go to therapy and eventually being a therapist for vampires was a cool answer.

Jacob answered the questions so beautifully. I'm really glad that it wasn't color blind casting as well, and that the writers were conscious of the og Louis' backstory and reimagined it in a really important way.

He executed this role with the utmost of professional Perfection knocked it out of the box

I really enjoyed this. I never considered Louis training as a therapist, after recieving therapy himself but it makes perfect sense; and I loved when he talked about Louis code switching in his interactions with the people in his life. I don't think he ever stopped, or had time to delve into who he was. Whether human or vampire, he's still trying to morph himself into whatever role he's expected to play and I'd love to see him get away from that and find out who he is outside of his relationship with both his human and vampire family. I'd also like for him to re-connect with his community because I think that plays a part in how he sees himself in relation to the world around him. All in all, great interview. The interviewer was wonderful and Jacob's thoughts on Loius were insightful and refreshing.

Jacob is such a beautiful soul and aspect of him translates in the beloved characters that he plays! Wish him much more success!!🥰

I was having a hard time with Jacob being a huge fan of the books. And that the back story being changed. But Episode 1 squashed the back story issue. But the rest of the season Jacob crushed the Character. You can literally feel him as Louis from the books so strong that it wouldn't mater how you change the story. He is Louis! What a phenomenal actor. Awards should be hands down a given.

Jacob is the cutest! And so thoughtful and intelligent. I hope this leads to awards and more great roles in the furure. The pilot episode was one of the best pilots ever. And what is it with these whiny book purists? "That wasnt in the books, this wasnt in the books." Like, shut up and go read the books! Go watch the movie again. If you cant see that this was one of the best tv shows this year, then youre ridiculous.

re the relationship between Louis and the whites he has kow-towed to all his life: where Louis kills Alderman Fenwick. I found it so frustrating because if it were me being Louis I would have read his final line "I'm a vampire" so differently. Fenwick needed to really absorb this, but it just quickly ended. I also would have had him shoot Louis not in the shoulder which wouldn't have killed anybody, but in the heart or the head or something. All in all, very disappointed in this scene. SO much could have been said and wasn't. Otherwise I adore the series. And, by the way...what special ability does Louis have that he can mysteriously appear in a room?
