A fantastic ride in the Peaks, including Rushup Edge, Roych Clough & Jacob's Ladder with ‪@MTB_Derbyshire‬ & ‪@mtbstaffordshire9464‬
Superb conditions, it was a bit wet down Jacob's, there was a bit more to worry about than just the wet though 🤣

Glad you didn't get hurt. This video reminds me of your old videos. Water on the lens, wet trails, etc. I do remember the Jacob's Ladder trail a bit. There is a trail here with the same name, so that name sticks in my head. Over 3K feet of climbing! I live in the mountains and that is more climbing than I do. You must have some good strength and endurance. I did like seeing a bit of your drive. Cool seeing what your countryside looks like.

Thanks mate, i've been trying to do more of these kinds of rides lately, for that very reason, it's what i used to ride a lot, the weather can be quite changeable in the winter in the Peaks, i've also been quite lucky with the weather, i think we might be in for a wet & cold winter so you might see a few more grim ones haha, i always love these big rides in the hills, the scenery makes it all worth it 👍

Only driven through the Peak District up to Carlisle and stopped to do a hike 20 years ago, didn't see any MTbers, glad there's access for MTBs mostly anyway. The descents remind me of MTB in the Brecon Beacons such as the Gap, if you're ever down this way (South Wales) I'd be happy to show you either Sarn Helen loop or the famous Gap loop from Brecon or the reservoir.

Great video mate, made me very keen to get back there myself in more normal weather! Big OTB that one! Lucky not a worse outcome for sure! So far Jacobs Ladder has defeated me 100%, mechanical, then snow 😭 Nice ride out guys 👍🏻
