It's right up there with Michael Bloomberg's remark about farming to the effect; all they do is throw some seeds in the ground and watch them grow. Jadav Payeng knows very well HOW to plant the forest and actually make it grow. Time mark 3:15 he is going to be the source of techniques in a forthcoming book on just exactly how plant that forest. Man, he is not for northern India, hehails from Majuli I jorhat in upper Assam in North East India. Majuli is the largest human inhabited River Island in the world. Correct it please.
