Rumple vs Jafar anyone? :) Also I loved this ending and was laughing at Jafar. For he was defeated the exact same way as in the movie. Not just he got turned into genie, but also his overconfidence and lust for power was once again his undoing.
@@shermanlee4037 Technically, we remember that Jafar did one thing that Rumple was unable to do: break the rules of magic. And even if it is true that Rumple as a multi-powered dark one would probably have won against a Jafar free by the rules of the magic, it is not certain that a Rumple, as a normal dark one would have succeeded. So the doubt about which of the two is more powerful remains.
@@lpallad1 Did Jafar keep all his crazy supercharged powers once the genies' curse was broken? I was under the impression he reverted back to a normal sorcerer, since all his other magic was undone. If that's the case, then hell yeah, Rumple would wipe the fucking floor with him.

Rumpel is smarter, harder, faster, older, colder and better in knowleg, combat and magic (I MISS HIM and the original once upon a time 😢😭😭!)and he manipualte everyone, so I am pretty sure he would winn with a little bit time or in a fight.
She is probably the strongest in all of the franchise, stronger than even the gods, being the daughter of Chaos whom was the beginning of it all, and her water flows through all realms.

I want to know Nyx's backstory. How did SHE end up as the guardian of the well? It would be awesome if we could see more of her on the regular OUAT. I know they got a well there in Storybrook.

Regina does not need of Jafar for the operation Mongoose. And I highly doubt that, after the betrayal of Sidney, she would trust him. it is likely that we will see yet Anastasia. But I do not think we will see again Alice and Cyrus.

I think I've mention months ago maybe about if Jafar does return in Once Upon A Time season 4, also her twin sister Nasira (played by Mina Anwar) perhaps finds Jafar's bottle sometime in Storybrook & sets him free. But I guess we'll just have to wait & see, cause you may never know.
Jafar has never been able to work with someone in this series. I do not think that has even a half-sister that help him and that set him free. If he will be freed, it will some one else to do it.
Confession: I like this one short season in Wonderland WAAAAAY better than the man show! I mean, I like the main show a lot, but it just keeps going on and on and on, and keeps torturing the characters over and over. And by the finale, the writing has gotten so stale and sloppy, it wouldn't have survived another season anyway. But this? PERFECTION.

I do not think Regina would decide to ally with Jafar. She really wants to be loved by Henry. Do not force him to do so (she thought to put him a spell during the second season, but it was an impulsive act sprung from despair, and just then decided not to do so). Moreover, having studied with Rumpelstiltskin, she probably understand how can be dangerous the wishes of a genie.
& another thought, if they decided to bring back Will (Michael Socha) for season 4, why could they also bring back Anastasia (Emma Rigby) too? Jafar may be a genie, but he is evil, and won't let the rules of being a genie stop him. What if someone releases him? Just like the disney movie "The Return of Jafar", he can make a comeback and have all the powers of the universe at his fingertips. It won't be as easy to destroy him as it was to defeat him.
Technically nothing said that the genie are so powerful in this series. Do not even seems that they can control what happens when grants the wishes. Jafar probably will be capable to do the same things of when he was a sorcerer, but more than that he can not do more.
Ok. I admire the passionate efforts put into this, they show. But just thinking about another version of this story from disneys Aladdin, when jafar becomes a genie it's way more effective because he makes a conscious choice. A wish is a resource, a powerful one, and he spends it on infinite power. Aladdin himself delivers the hypocritical quote of phenomenal power, itty bitty living space. The writing is smarter and has a sense of irony. In this writing, it seems someone just appears and says "jafar time to punish yo ass" and that just seems lame. Pardon my bias I just want to share my opinion effectively. As RU-vid users should state more often, feel free to offer your counterarguments without fear of broad intelligence insults.
It's a show called "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland". It's the spinoff for "Once Upon a Time". Wonderland takes place after Season 4 of Once Upon a Time. All fairytales and disney movies take place in a set of worlds. The Darling family and Cruella De Vil come from 1920s England. The Alice from this spinoff is from Victorian England. In the main show Dr Jekyll/Mr Hyde come from the same England. Not all worlds are "stuck in this era" realms. Arendelle is where Elsa and Anna are from while the Wicked Witch was raised in Oz. The of the main show is that after the events of Snow white the Evil Queen casts a curse and sends her entire world to OUR world. Before that, Snow White and Prince Charming send their daughter to our world to give her a head start since she is destined to save everyone after her 28th bday. Soon enough that happens and the skn she gave up 10 years ago finds her and has her go to his city where all the people are trapped. No one aged or remembers their past life. Only the son noticed that's why he found her.

Already. The presence of Will can be a prelude for the return of Jafar. But probably it will appear in the ending of the season 4 as a cliffhanger, just like has did Elsa in the season 3.
It's after all the Agrabah-set flashbacks in Season 6 but before the 15th episode of that season, where Jafar is a genie and wants revenge on the ones who trapped him in that bottle.
Really he became a genie... sighs why can't this series (or the original for that matter) just kill of the bad-guys and be done with it, I mean now we are probably going to see Jafar as a villian in ouat too
Well, maybe because it was too obvious that he was killed. And then some, including myself, after watching the episode "Bad Blood" have always hoped that somehow rehabilitate Jafar, since he did not deserve what happened to him when he was a child. And maybe this could help you succeed. And anyway, remember that Peter Pan, Zelena, and Cora were killed in the main series. And anyway, if Jafar returned in the main series as villain would not bad as idea. In fact, I wonder who would win in a fight between him and Rumple (if Jafar still has the powers obtained with the ritual).
***** No Greg is not dead. Pans shadow took his shadow true but that does not kill you and when Emma killed Pans shadow everything it had done was undone (as we saw by the blue fairy coming back). So Greg is not dead, he is still alive but trapped in neverland
Anton Larsson But Tinkerbell mentioned that there wasn't much left of Greg when she looted his and Tamara's bodies, indicating that maybe an animal ate them. Even if Greg's shadow returned to him, he would die eventually.
I really don't like this ending we are led to believe that Jafar along with Amara have become the most powerful sorcerers ever after breaking the laws of magic and then he is overpowered by some lady in the water Jafar would have obliterated her.I think its silly that anyone who steals the water gets that fate as if you are more powerful than her you would overpower her and she would go in the bottle Rumple and many other sorcerers like Jafar should be able to overpower her.
Dalek onezeroninenine Technically it is understandable that Nyx was most powerful of Jafar. Afterall Jafar drew his power from the genies (and the same thing is for Amara), and Nyx is the one that creates the genies. So for this is so natural that she is more powerful than he. Moreover Jafar is a sorcerer (and for how much powerful, is always a sorcerer), while Nyx is a kind of divinity. So the difference is very significant. And then, ending in this way, Jafar has some hope of appear even in the main series.
***** not once is it mentioned that Jafar derives his power from Genies, he needed Genies to do the spell to become the most powerful sorcerer alongside Amara but if it wasn't for that spell he wouldn't have been seen with Genies.Most of his magic required no Genie ability at all and this was the same for Amara, who only went after the Genies to free her sons.Sorcerers are suppose to be the most powerful of people and not many things at all should be more powerful,divinity or not.
Cyrus and his brothers suggest that there are different types of genies. Sydney Glass is the only one who appeared in a lamp. Does that mean Nyx is responsible for creating genies in Fairy Tale Land?
