Fantastic job! But there is something I don't understand. Why waste time and money making a Flexible Shape Pattern when the original skin was onsite? Why make an FSP in the first place, when it doesn't show the shape of the panel with any accuracy? Towards the end, he doesn't use it any more and instead refers to the shape of the original panel. Why not use a paper pattern, which is quicker to make; easier to read and cheap?
