Judge Judy would have gotten this correct! The defendant came up with a sob story to ask the plaintiff if he would loan her $820 The defendant ADMITTED that the plaintiff loaned her $820 The plaintiff is owed $820, period!

Despite the plaintiff's inability to present his case clearly, the defendant admitted that she borrowed the money, so why couldn't he be granted what's rightfully his? The guy actually tried to defend the lady by bringing the fact that she was scammed, but I still don't understand why his case was dismissed.

Mathis is doing the same thing that the defendant was fired for, raising his voice. He's sitting up there high and mighty acting like he doesn't know how corporations treat black men

Judge gets too emotional and miss a lot of points lately. The plaintiff didn’t say he Managed her he said that “he helps her with things in the Computer. Technological issues”, and she didn’t deny it.

When judge acts like he is fake proud of someone that he is expecting to say that they didn't do good in life he always flip the script and make them lose their case because they rob him of a chance to school them on the importance of education and to brag about his background and his kids good education. The judge has the appearance of being angry at all who come before him. He is rude and out of control when talking to those that are before him. The gentle man who tried to explain his case was cut off by the judge several times. It got to the point where he favored the defendent. The judge kept banging the gravel until he flipped the script and dismissed both cases. In my opinion Judge Mathis needs some time away from the court. He should be checked out by a doctor 😢 and given some time away from the court. Mentally Judge Mathis is burned out😮😢 and needs to be replaced. TV needs to recommend the judge to take at least a one month vacation or cruise. He appears to be burned out.

Sometimes judge Mathis gets very impatient, like my father, who is ornery and has no patience for anyone and talks over you and when you try to answer him and you can’t barely get three words out that he cuts you off, they raises his voice at you, and then you react to his bad behavior then he looks at you like you’re crazy for being affected. By the way he’s treating you when he’s being impatient and he needs to stop getting upset and calm down. So he’s wrong about this case too, because if the girl borrowed money from the guy, regardless of what happened in the beginning with the workplace, she knows she owes it back to him, regardless of what happened. She got scammed out of the money, but that still doesn’t negate the fact that she borrowed and said she would pay.

Yes dude was entitled to his money back but I've seen how victims of crimes aren't liable, so i don't know how it should of ended because jm jumped the gun and ended it over stupid stuff! I am a little confused about this case. I don't trust the defendant because I've worked with people like her before. Neither presented their cases well. What each was saying was questionable. I still side more with the young man though. Years ago, I had two co-workers, and the male was fired basically on the same charges as the plaintiff. I witnessed the entire altercation and yes, my co-worker was wrong for an angry outburst, but he was provoked. That same person who caused him to be fired was fired about two years later when ALL her underhandedness caught up with her. In this case, I truly disagree with how JM handled this case and his conclusions.
