I cant get enough episodes from Jake Broe and now everyone around the world is keeping him even busier. Glory to Ukraine. Jake Broe Rocks! JJ Smart Too.

I have heard more than a dozen able to speak that well, from both parties even this year (more in Dems side since MAGA, used to hear over that number when Republicans valued those skills) - it's just that they don't get much air time in major media. How many get a long interview to show their skills?

Denmark here. They can since the old tankers that russia uses are a threat to the environment and a risk of accidents. I actually don't know why it has not been done yet.
Boris Johnson: "At present, the Russians are using air-launched glide bombs to do significant damage to Ukrainian positions. But the Ukrainians can’t fire back because the U.S. (Joe Biden) won’t let them use the ATACMS to get at the Russian airfields. Never forget, it was Trump, not Obama or Biden, who gave the Ukrainians the Javelin anti-tank weapons that were so crucial in the Battle for Kyiv in 2022. Trump already has a record of making decisive military intervention on behalf of Ukrainian democracy." DailyMail 21 July 2024
@@migsvensurfing6310 The problem with that is it would be a major risk of escalation. Not only would you be be isolating a piece of russian territory from the Russian mainland, you would also be effectively blockading a russian military port. While I don't have a problem with that, since the russians have no problems with provoking us in the West, that is what is holding western politicians back.
Jake, thank you very much for clarifying to fearful people how fear of a nuclear carastrophy is not justification to apeace a dictator and a murderer. I'm 100% with you.
Nope it's all Trump's fault. If he had done his job: to serve the interests of the elite, he wouldn't have been usurped and Putin would never have embarked on his military adventure in Ukraine.
It's a mixture of people's fault. Stalin for persecuting the food growers during his silly Collectivism debacle. The CIA's for meddling in Ukraine and supporting Ukrainian Nationalist Groups and starting Operation Red Sox, The Wests for not listening to Russian security concerns. Ukraine's for not being strong enough to tell the west "NO, we wont all die for your ends", Putin's for starting an invasion in 2022, Ukraine’s Acting President Olexander Turchynov for starting the “anti-terrorist operation” (ATO) against pro-Russian separatists in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. It's rather complex when you learn ALL the facts.
Indeed. Putin is a complete fool. He's not an economist; he's a KGB agent. He doesn't understand money, which is why the Soviet Union collapsed. All he understands is power, control, ruthlessness, and orders. He thinks printing more rubles and offering signup bonuses will help the war effort. He doesn't comprehend inflation or why people protest. He thinks the CIA pays protestors to protest; not because they want a better life. We're all slaves in his mind.
I believe they generally get the signing bonus but there pay is variable if paid and when people are injured they simply turn them back into the next assault as a dead man gets nothing, especially when he only gets labelled Mia.
Jake has a unique ability to see the reality of the situation. Unfortunately over 90% of our politicians lack this ability and we, along with the Ukrainians will suffer because of it.
Jake's "unique ability" is discarding any domestic concerns while having the US exist merely for the benefit of Ukraine. Our politicians understand that Jake's perspective doesn't withstand domestic political scrutiny.
@@wisenber You're looking at the trees but Jake is looking at the forest. Your post might as well just say "The border, the border, brown immigrants, fentanyl!". Jake just brought up an important fact. Orban (Putin's loyal lap dog) just did his own "Peace tour" where he went from Kyiv (to beg Zelensky to accept all of Putin's demands), to Moscow, to Beijing, to America. But Orban did not fly to DC. Orban flew directly to Mar-a-Lago. For anybody watching the big picture, it's very clear that a global game of "democracies vs dictators" is forming. And Trump is on the wrong side as he is siding with Putin, Xi, and Kim Jong Un. Do you support democracy or dictators? If you live in a democractic country, you are free to make your own choice. If you live in a dictatorship, you are not free to express your decision. Where do you stand on this issue?
@@christophermurphy4511 I'm looking at reality and not a parable or allegory. The reality is that Jake looks at the US through the lens of a tool for Ukraine, not a nation with its own interests that are far more varied. If you think Trump is antagonist to democracy, you're looking at a splinter in your own eye. If you think China hasn't seen the Biden/ Harris slow ineffective incrementalism as weak, you're about as cognizant as your trope.
@@christophermurphy4511 No use argueing with Trumpers. At this point, if they still support Trump, then they have made it abundantly clear they don't give a damn about democracy. You even heard it when they argue "US is not a democracy but a constitutional republic" as if one immedeatly has to exclude the other. To them, it doesn't matter if Trump would get caught being a PDFile, they'd still support him aslong as they get what they want. Autocracy supporters are always the same, they do so because they think that suddenly -they- will become top of the foodchain, and that -they- get to persecute everyone they don't like. But as soon as they're on the receiving end of being stuck with a dictator, they'll be the loudest to cry about it.
Jake makes me proud to be American despite the number of people in this country who have lost their moral compass and support fascists instead of democracies.

Reality is within weeks of becoming the Speaker of the House in late October 2023, the House passed a bill with $61 billion in new aid for Ukraine in December 2023. The Democrat led US Senate defeated the bill and drug out the approval process for 4 months of the bill eventually passed in April. Jake Sullivan works for Joe Biden. Joe Biden refuses to lift the restriction on the full use of ATACMS that Republican Congress men forced him to send to Ukraine in the last bill. Most people recognized credible analysts by their accurate and objective analysis. Jake is neither of those things.
Not really. Not at all. He's completely in the tank for the American Democrat party, as seen with his slobbering treatment of the Biden administration. The specified information is accompanied by an incorrect interpretation and contains a number of inaccuracies. Colonel Emil Ishkulov is a very experienced combat officer who has passed through all command ranks in the units of the Ukrainian landing forces, a knight of the orders of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees of "Bohdan Khmelnytskyi". At the beginning of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in 2014, he commanded the reconnaissance platoon of the 25th separate airborne Sichelava brigade, where he made his way to the commander of the parachute battalion. In the future, he successfully performed extremely difficult combat tasks, in particular, commanding a separate unit of the 81st separate airmobile brigade of Slobozhansk in the southern direction, and later for quite a long time of the Galician brigade of the DSHV in the Bakhmutsky direction. Accordingly, taking into account the invaluable combat and command experience of this officer, by the decision of the military leadership, Colonel Ishkulov will be appointed to a higher position. This will allow him to apply his knowledge, skills and leadership qualities, acquired during the planning and organization of combat operations, already on the scale of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It should be noted that the newly appointed commander of the 80th separate Halych assault brigade of the DSH of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is a competent combat officer who is a People's Hero of Ukraine and a knight of the Orders of I, II and III degrees of "Bohdan Khmelnytskyi" of all degrees, for a long time successfully conducted combat operations in the of this legendary brigade.» So, it may be clear, he was not dismissed but due to a misunderstanding some of his inferior officers thought he was. I saw an interesting documentary that suggested the reason Russia became so authoritarian was because the central government in Moscow could not control such a vast territory otherwise. Russia in the 1700-1800's had very poor transportation and communications systems, so the tsars simply ruled by force. Infrastructure has improved somewhat, but is sliding backwards fast now with the subjugation of the Internet/TV to propaganda and planes falling out of the sky due to poor maintenance due to sanctions. If, someday, Russia can integrate better via improved infrastructure, I think it can survive and free itself from autocracy. Otherwise, it should divide into separate countries that can be better integrated, more responsive to the local population, and maybe more democratic.
