Yeah, Alan should not have been the one paying her a dime. He had primary custody of Jake, she cheated on him, she neglected TF out of Jake, and she didn't pay child support. She should have at least been arrested, if not fined

None of that is true. They had joint custody until around season 6, at that point the child support was unwarranted. And she did not cheat on him. She never cheated on him and that would no have voided the alimony anyway. And why would she have been arrested?

Judith never cheated on Alan. She asked for a divorce. Also, she and Alan had joint custody of Jake which is why he was over on weekends. There's even an episode in the first season when they're discussing which holidays they will have with Jake.

When Charlie flicked Jake's ear I thought that was funny when I was a kid, but now as an adult I would've loved for Jake's reaction to have been to punch Charlie in the face and somehow send him to the hospital 🏥 or the ER. Children are to be respected and cared for, not to be abused or treated with disrespect. It is sad when an adult uses any kind of physical action against a kid now a days.
