Paul Pierce was clutch and a great leader when he won the championship but in the late 90's and early 00's he was an absolute monster but he didn't have much around him. Walker scored a lot of points but he wasn't like a Garnett or Allen type player. When Pierce got them both he was much older but he still won a championship.

To not be as athletically gifted and tall as the other SF, Paul Pierce definitely was still elite and was just as clutch if not more clutch than a lot of other guys in the NBA. Dude could shoot with the best of them and had high bball iq. Definitely wasn’t a slouch. He was always a threat and had hustle. If I remember correctly..Lebron James himself has said that Paul was always his toughest matchup or should i say greatest adversary

If you'd been watching Jalen all these years you'd know that he ALWAYS gives it up to Kobe for the 81 point game against Toronto (even though Kobe served up that whole Toronto squad and not just Jalen). Jalen has even said that when the Lakers give Kobe a statue that it should commemorate the 81 point performance.
