First time trying this recipe & it was a HIT🔥😋
If you wanna switch things up a bit from the usual brown stew beef (beef stew) - I would recommend this!10/10😋🙌🏾
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs beef (for stew)
4 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp cayenne pepper (less if you don’t want it as spicy)
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp green seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
few sprigs fresh thyme
2-inch ginger root, chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 potatoes, diced
3 carrots, chopped
2 tbsp flour + water for gravy
