Yummy yummy Kecha. Vegetable patties I'm yet to attempt. I've seen a few videos, but yours has the filling texture that looks to me what I'm after. Similar to the meat pattie texture. Other videos I've seen don't seem to have that bind. I want to put halloumi and mushroom in mine. I can't wait. Thanks!😊

My mom and I tried this for the first time on Friday and it was Devine for me my mom forgot to put two cups of flowers so we ended up only making one, but today we made more than one, once they are done I will edit the post and tell y'all how it tastes again, i'm late but it was fantastic, can't wait to make more this year

I don't know about frying these as they are, but empanadas are fried and basically the same thing. I've never made empanadas but you may be able to use an empanada dough.
