LITTYYYY!!!😝 but seriously a bit of unsolicited advice, try putting some 100% organic cold pressed castor oil in your belly button at night before bed ( I use Heritage store externally ) perhaps even look into a castor oil pack to wear while sleeping aswell. Do a little research on them. Castor is GOLD. GOD IS SO GOOD! He has supplied us with everything we need for an abundant life. My advice to anyone who wants those dance moves, try to lay on your back with bottom and waist lifted up then try it. The easiest starting point The reason most Africans including small girls they are started at 12-13yrs to get trained. Best wishes.

But when you doing the LIVES I'd love to follow at home but the time difference means that I have to do catch up after. How much notice do you give before your LIVE? Consider Grounding/Being barefoot more as it balances the body! I used to have sciatica and now I ground 24/7. EARTHING MOVIE ON RU-vid CHANGED MY LIFE AND HEALED SO MUCH MORE❤❤❤
