Out of all interviews/podcasts I've seen, James has the best energy for me (his tone is not manic and fast like alot of comedians can be, super soothing but not boring/monotone, dynamic but not loud). He's one of the best listeners I've seen, immediately knows when he doesn't understand something and asks a clarifying question calmly (and appreciates Theo). Basically, calm (without being boring af) and dynamic and doesn't demand anything from Theo or the viewers.

I am a longtime Theo fan, and have struggled with depression in the past. To me, it seems Theo is looking for answers to his emotional problems through various forms of media/friend groups, and has been looking for a partner in life, which I hope he finds. I know he has done therapy and talks about doing it in his podcast, and his close comedy friends always wish him the best during their interviews. I understand this is how he relates to a lot of the listeners. The problem is, if there is never a solution, it just becomes a depressive community that perpetuates these ideas without a path for resolution. I haven't heard of James Blake until this podcast, but he gave some very honest and insightful answers/solutions to those problems. We all get one life, and we have a set amount of years to figure out our problems and provide something beautiful to the world, despite how our childhoods went. Don't give your childhood parents/mentors/abusers the power. You get to decide if you want to spend all of your time "thinking" about how you want your life to be, instead of "creating" the life you see for yourself. I hope Theo and all of his followers find the path to happiness, but remember, happiness will not come from passiveness.
