Death in a Half Foreign Country is the thirteenth instalment in a limited series of espionage thrillers called ‘Tales of MI7’, written by me, James Ward. It appeared in 2018. Of all the novels in the collection, it’s probably the most conventional: it features a hit-man, and much of the story is a cat-and-mouse between him and his intended victim, the novel’s protagonist, John Mordred.
