When JD finally gets a students rebellion- All jokes aside, he really captures the essence of Enjolras as a young man eager to fight for justice and ideals. Like you can hear his not-yet-developed passion and rage in his voice, which sounds idealistic and a bit naive, but very confident.

I didn’t know he was in both! But now listening I can hear his voice lol, I did Les mis as a production when I was in high school and it was amazing, people said it was bordering on Broadway level (my school was one of the top ten non-theatre schools drama departments) and I love heathers with a passion so this makes me happy he’s in both

I have always wanted to see Jamie as Enjolras. Thank you for making this possible to hear his Enj. he's my favourite West End Tony from WSS and one of my favourites JDs. I hope he comes back to do the fully staged production sometime soon.

I was really lucky to actually see this in person, truly the audio doesn't capture how amazing this was but I am glad there is some form of it for other people to enjoy :)

omg he sounds so good. since the show has been running for awhile, is it time to give up hope that there will be video of him performing? :( :( does anyone know if he was a last minute fill in? i do not understand why he is not in any promotional videos.

Yes he's incredible! I believe there isn't any EPK footage filmed of the current concert cast -- all the promotional videos use footage from the previous concert casts except the video from the BBC One Show where Jamie only has a few seconds of screen time anyway. I guess they didn't find it necessary to record new footage of the concert? Also I don't think he was a fill in but he was definitely cast later than some of the other cast members -- Lucie Jones and a lot of the principal cast were announced back in march, and Jamie said in a video filmed in May that he'd only just got the job three days ago. Les Mis is going to be at West End Live in a few weeks, hopefully he'll be in that and we'll get high quality footage (: And there's also a video bootleg of the first show in May, but it's not for trade until September. Fingers crossed! x
