However, cooking coconut milk first will gives a better presentation of food. Green curry will looks nice and appetizing. (This way of cooking is often used by restaurants) So, I’d say cooking paste first is more home cook version where you want a better smell not the presentation and cooking coconut milk first is more restaurant version where you want a good presentation. I personally like to cook the paste first. 😁👍🏻
