I love how shaking for 30 minutes helped cook the skin so crispy. I usually shake for 40 minutes without dressing up and end up with soggy turkey. You gotta love these little tricks

First of all, I appreciate your opinion, although the "dumb question" remark was rather uncalled for. That being said, it's not so unreasonable to think that he is involved in this video. It is Jamie himself that promoted this channel a while ago. I think he enjoys the hilarity and wants to participate. Furthermore, how ridiculously large would the budget of this show have to be to afford such perfect replica of Jamie's kitchen? I find that hard to believe.
