Yes i agree.. This way we can prepare in bulk quantity when its in season and preserve.. Easy to extract juice and pulp can be removed efficiently.

No.. What i meant here is artificial man made citric acid which acts as preservative to increase shelf life

But by boiling you will be loosing all the nutrients present in that fruits, always have fresh fruits no need of boiling or mixie,

Yes mam always the first preference is to have fresh wholesome fruit and not even in juice form.. Since its a seasonal fruit,here i have shown a method to extract and store the juice for later consumption
