What his nominator, D65 family member Marisa McPherson, said: “He makes the work/ class fun and exciting each day. (My son) always comes home with something exciting from his class. He makes sure his students leave each day with clear expectations of homework and what the next day will bring.”
Mr. Engelman was recognized at the January 22 Board of Education meeting.
