A DOJ hearing would really just consist of a federal criminal case, which is also happening separately.

These series of public hearings are to inform the public of all the details that were not uncovered in time for the rushed 2nd impeachment. That impeachment by the House did not result in a conviction in the GOP controlled Senate. That process was political one but these hearings are not political, however , they present testimony and facts that will shed light on what happened leading up to 6 Jan. DOJ has been working behind the scenes as they do not disclose nor discuss their work. Beyond that, there are grand juries that may or may not result in various criminal charges against various persons.

Hmmmmm. Where is the DOJ on Biden’s criminal activity with China or Hunters criminal activity?....Where is the DOJ...

Trust they are interviewing all of the same people.. just not out in the open. They are not supposed to make things public until they are bringing charges.
