Jane Eyre ~ one of the more complex Classics 📚 has been adapted in so many ways, it’s become challenging to keep count just how many productions have been made available. If I didn’t know the Title and simply read the English subtitles, it would have taken me a minute or two to put my finger on what this series was all about. However, I recognized Matteo Spinola ~ he was so cute in the 1957 Pride & Prejudice (Orgoglio e Pregiudizio), I decided to watch the two available Episodes on RU-vid… I had the opportunity to watch the Czechoslovakian production that stayed pretty true to the Novel, even with rudimentary subtitles. But I suppose, “To each his own” when it comes to Novels, Films, and Fashion😊
che meraviglia Ilaria Occhini, bella, fine e talentuosa, Vallone bravo, ma secondo me non esprime totalmente il tormento interiore, il migliore secondo me è stato William Hurt nella versione del 96 del grande Zeffirelli
