I understand where your coming from . I don’t think abortion is right either , However I don’t believe the government should be able to tell you what to do with your body . I get people wanna be the voice for these unborn children . However what happens when the child is born ? No one wants to be that voice anymore . Whether you believe in abortion or not it’s not the government place . They don’t genuinely care about these unborn children . They can barely protect the children that are actually here on this earth . The foster care system is Horrible , government programs are constantly being cut . Should people take this into account before they have unprotected sex? of course however this is reality so we need to be realistic . Then we get into rape victims , teenagers, failed birth control , condom failure etc etc it’s not a black and white issue ! This law is just the first step. The government should not have this much power . You have to think about the bigger picture , history has shown the government won’t just stop here .

You know what else is “us”? The highest rate of single mother-led households/father-abandoned homes (as I prefer to call it). Poverty-stricken. Lowest economic status in comparison to other races of American-born racial groups. Heralding Black-on-Black crime. Known in the media for drug and crime-infested ghettos. That’s also “us”.
