Keep posting these matches please WAL! I love seeing these old matches.... ive watched every other video on youtube of armwrestling and im loving seeing all the past matches that everyone talks about!
With stricter rules there would been called elbow foul quite a lot here. But personally that's what I like with WAL, they let their armwrestlers go to war without calling every micro foul. While I liked the shoulder position of Josef in the king's move, there was a bit too much straight arm for my taste. But regardless awesome match. 😃
@@leemelvin6514 That's why americans fail vs europe/russia armwrestlers, its like they don't even have any strength, they just go for shitty techniques like kings move, if you go for the real armwrestling techniques they will just get smashed to fucking bits, don't know, maybe it's the fast foods :D
@@armwrestlingfan6804 It wasn't michael todd kings move, it was shoulder above table and elbow in the pad and not outside in the edges of the fluffy pad
If the ref DID call every micro-foul... then these matches would be pretty fucking boring to watch, relative to being able to see the damn round uninterrupted like this video. Significant fouls sure, call them. But fuck those micro-fouls that don't change anything in the fight and the competitors rarely know that they even happened.
Amolins has stated "i knew i lost the hammer after that fight" because he spent all his energy. He was right to be frustrated the the straight arm position it could have been called earlier.
@@0jabsroomer - I don't think sooo (I'm too lazy to check). That would be a bit of a strange rule when we think about how a lot of armwrestlers pretty much "lock out" way before their arm is straight. Yet we don't stop those matches. With other leagues (not WAL), it's just harder to end up with an arm that straight, because there's less room at the back of the pad, and their pads aren't as tall and pillowy. BUT, Michael Todd can still King's Move very well under any league and table. So yea. Especially now that he doesn't even need to go fully into that position anymore. He was only in a real King's Move position like 5% of the time in his last WAL match (with Jerry).
Jozsef Lovei one of my favorite armwrestlers. I still remember when he destroyed Geoff Hale 6:0 in Arm Wars ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-v24sejclE6k.html
King's move is a real cancer for this sport. I really understand why todd got so many haters. Now there are more and more emulators. Pretty sad. Except from horrible "under the table" moments: nice match
Josef is RAW STRENGTH,, Jeff Hail is RAW STRENGTH Barbosa is RAW STRENGTH ,,, U guys can win the wal Update technics,,, I bet no body can win this 3 BEAST!!!!!💪💪💪
That king move arm stretched out elbow manipulated is a way out . its drains the better arm wrestler an puts him in jeopardy ... So I feel its cheating to win... The king move truly ruined the sport... Now the best aren,t winning at times now into 2020 onward.
