Commenting as I watch: 2:50 - I dunnooooo! it was probably fine enough for WAL to let that slide. Won the restart... which would have won the match there if that was the 2nd round. Although that's hard to say. Devon might have been able to summon some more effort if that was the potential last round, or various other tactics might have been employed (he didn't seem to be in the mind game mood that day though, not real messing around with the grip ups and stuff). 5:22 - Again... what is this ref from another organisation at the time? lol (2 of them). Super hard to control micro-fouls, that have essentially no impact on the round, and that only take place for a fraction of a second. Calling stuff like that really takes away a lot from armwrestling, in my view. But then at 5:49 they don't call Marcio's elbow hop (maybe the refs from before didn't catch it). Marcio did a great job here. Had to essentially win 3 rounds. Devon had his surgery some time prior to this, but still. Also, big King's Move from Devon at the start of the video. Quite a while ago.
