They aren’t recording their deaths they are always having quakes so the more digital media the better they can understand what’s going on , majority of the people in this video are journalists and they are doing their job, to be a aid donate to red cross or Japan emergency aid.
You are supposed to put yourself in a doorway and brace yourself. Never good to go down stairways during an earthquake. If a small house fine to run outside.
@@宝井-d7m You are absolutely correct. There were laws put into effect back in the early 90's that new buildings need to meet certain earthquake requirements. I found that out when I was looking to restore a home for my future use that was pretty old, very rural and had no such reinforcements. For me, if I was in a building in a city, I would risk the possibility of getting hit by debris than having the building go down with me in it. Just because a building is supposed to be able to handle an earthquake doesn't mean it will. Safeties can fail.
@bullymaguire7341 I know Americans. Take away their social media and cell phones and they would quickly die from lack of attention. But my friends in Japan rarely take their phones out and they very rarely take vids or selfies. I'm a testament to the American electronic craze. When I visited the area I will retire to in Japan I was there for 2 weeks. In that time I took 4000+ photos and 500+ videos. Had to download my cam to my laptop every evening when I returned to the onsen. And I'm the least of the offenders compared to my American friends....
