同感です! 接客業は本当に大変ですよね。コンビニ店員とかホテルのフロントとして客のためにできるだけ自分の気持ちを捨てたりメンタルを鍛えたり我慢したりしなきゃいけないみたいです。なんか戦争準備みたいじゃないですか?!😂

そうですよね。だから僕は客を相手にする仕事は苦手なんです。僕は電子機器を扱う会社で働いているので気楽です。

Absolutely right, Yusuke-san. There is a huge difference between coming to Japan as a visitor (which I like perfectly) and coming to Japan to work (which I will never do).

Thanks for enjoying the video! (^_^) Working in retail can be tough. There are customers who are arrogant or even irritating from started talking, right? I hate so much talking to these people, but some people can deal with them well. As you've been doing it for 8 years, you're the right person for it 👍️

The attitudes towards work is rooted from the character of Japanese people and helped Japan to rise so quickly from ruins after WW2, to become one of the most developed countries in the world. Characters always have two sides and changes are always a processとても難しいです。

Yeah, in 77 years since WW2 ended, Japan has changed. I blame my predecessors for starting the war, but at the same time I am grateful to our predecessors for developing Japan. But, times have changed and Japan is at a point where we need to change our way of working and our values.

@@moshimoshi.yusuke the good thing is that changes are already taking place. During my trip to Japan last year, I noticed there are more foreigner working in Japan, in convincente store, restaurante, companies etc.and the idea towards foreigner might be different from the older generation. All these can make the changes happen, gradually, in Japan. 頑張ってください！

笑笑さゆりさんの良い所です(^_^) どんな時も笑顔の女性は素敵です。そうですね。「日本で働きたくない」はよく聞きます。でも最近は良くなりましたよ。僕はたくさんの外国人が日本に住んで働いてここで僕たちと一緒に生活してほしいと思ってます。日本は閉鎖的なのでもっと国際的になるべきだと思っています。

「日本に観光したいけど日本で働きたくない」は私も同感です！業種や会社によると思いますが、私が外国人で日本で働きたいならグローバル企業で働きたいです（本社採用、日本勤務）。私が前に働いていた外資系企業では外国人向けの「日本語研修」がありました。勤務時間内に会社に日本語の先生が来て、日本語を教えてもらっていましたよ。給料をもらいながら日本語が勉強できるんです。最高じゃないですか？ :) PS いつもヘラヘラしていてすみません😂

@@SayuriSaying そういう企業良いですね。外資系の企業じゃないけど、以前ユニクロがそんな事やってたけど今はどうなのか分からないです。日本はもっと自由な働き方があるべきですよね。

What you describe after working as a complaints handler sounds a bit like PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder). Hope you're in a better place now. For a few years after my retail job I could still hear the store music play even when it was silent in a car or when I got anxious. Didn't help they played the same music on a loop, lol.

I'm sorry to hear you had such a horrible time at the call center D: i'm glad you managed to make it out of there soo enough I guess. As to the work...that is a very bitter fact XD everyone always says how tough worklife is in Japan and frankly a lot of the conditions are just awful in comparison to Germany...it makes it pretty hopeless to even consider working in Japan =/

私はうすけさんと共感です。確かに、日本にお客さんは王様みたいと見られるんです。お客さんにとっていいですが、人と人距離感が感じがする。私の日本から来た同僚ははじめに真面目だった、二三月過ぎたあと、私の国の人みたい、よく不満を言い始めた。彼女はここに(私の国)働くのは日本と同じように厳しい、でも同僚と遠慮なく不満を直接言える、だからここの国民が楽観的だと言っていました。日本の方はもっと感情を示すほうがいい。隠しないでください。たまには本音を表せ、皆も人間だから。 I agree with Yusuke San. In Japan, customers are seen like kings. Is good for the customers, but I can feel the distance between people. I have a colleague from Japan. At first she is very serious. Few months later, she start to vent out about work. She said : the work here is as tough as Japan, but, I'm able to just voice out dissatisfaction directly. That's why people here are more happy. I think Japanese should show their real emotion more. We are all humans anyway, is ok to show others your real emotions once in a while.

そうなんです。日本は治安食べ物個性等良い所もありますが、悪い所もあります。その悪い所を修正するために日本を国際化させたいんです。それを変えるために外国人の協力が必要だからです。日本人は外国人から「それは変ですよ」と言われると、まじめな人が多いから修正しようとするんです。外国人たちの指摘によって日本の悪い所が少しでも良くなることを願ってます。
