Definitely needed 10:01 noodle making uncut/unedited, the hardest part of noodle making is turning broken dough in a nice sheet and I'm curious on how you did it. Thank You Ryoya-San!
You just keep kneading so it develops gluten, which is what binds the dough together. If your sheets are breaking apart, you roll it back up and knead again.
I am so glad you are back and putting up amazing videos. Thank you so much! I look forward to your videos all the time. Update : Tried it for a snack today evening. It was very filling and had a fantastic taste!
I woke up today thinking about making udon. I didn't look for any recipes online but when I opened my youtube, this is at the top of my recommendation. Now I have to make this no matter what. 🥰
glad to see you back ryoya! i know sometimes you use a moving camera and shoot that way, but i wanted to say that i also really like these videos where it's all still shots :) either way tho, i love watching your videos
Why do I even bother with my channel when theres a channel like this out there. You're truly amazing and your videos are masterpieces. Huge respect for you and how far you've come
Hello! I'd just like to say, while it's true that the videography and editing and just about everything about this video is great, it doesn't mean that you have to put yourself down either. I watch a lot of cooking videos and a lot of them are great and still a lot of them are also very simple in editing. The point is, I watch for the food. You don't need to feel bad if you think that your videos aren't as aesthetic as other channels, as long as the food is good then that's enough.
@@cassieper1232 thank you for the Inspiration, I really needed that today!! I just have a vision for my channel but it’s a lot harder to actually make it translate in my videos so I’m a little critical of myself haha but with practice I’m sure I can prob come close someday 😅
@@SimplyTastyCo I feel you in a way haha. I have a lot of projects to do and in each project I always have a vision that i want to achieve. Sometimes I achieve that vision easily, sometimes I make myself almost give up due to frustration, and sometimes that vision transforms into something new entirely. What's important is to reach an ending that satisfies you completely. I hope you reach your goal, fighting!
i am not sure what i like more the recipe or the production. i watched it like I was watching a movie. You have great taste my friend.. Keep making awesome stuff
I did make this curry udon soup and the noodles from the scratch. It was excellent. It made 4 servings of soup. I had one serving and froze the rest. In fact the next day was when the flavors were all infused and tasted amazing. Thanks for the recipe and this is going in my list at the top!!
I love lotus but never could find a good one at the Japanese sunrise mart here in nyc! Also I was rewatching an old upload of yours where you made pasta from vegetables and I was hoping you would make an updated version, but I'll take these too 😊 ☺
@@xcaliginous I go all the time and I could never find good ones. They are either bruised or too small. I will try again this weekend hope to find a good one I can also pickle.
Great recipe, just a quick question, you typed 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp coriander but only added 1 tsp of each and half of turmeric, so I'm assuming these are correct and not the info on the screeen
Definitely a fresh combination of ingredients for me in this recipe, all are my fav! I love how you show food can be made from scratch with the simplest ingredients. Thank you for the inspiration!
