I failed the first time when I tried making the starter from scratch (I watched another quite complicated video), but this seems simple to follow :). I used to watch your videos a lot a few years back, so now i’d like to finally try your recipes again!
Nice video, love your relaxing style but roasting coffee by your own without proper temperature control is a really bad and unhealthy idea, google for 'acrylic amide' if you don't believe me
Oh wow wow wow! That is so amazing. Love the video. It felt so delightfully indulgent just watching ❤ Do you know if there is any way to make this without using yeast. I have a yeast allergy, and I have never been able to find a good substitute. Obviously baking soda doesn't accomplish quite the same thing. But if you happen to know of something, I would love to know.
It looks like it helps the batter thicken into more of a dough. I've never seen it used like that but now I'm reading and psyllium apparently has been used as a dessert and baked goods thickener for a while.
